Lucas was excellent to deal with throughout. He was able to employ strategies to adapt to the demand situation with our Millthorpe property and garner real interest from serious buyers; but where he showed his experience and knowledge of the local market was evident in the sale price projection he gave us. His estimate included a typical range, lowest to highest price he expected. At auction, it went for bang in the middle of that range. We were stunned at that level of accuracy. It was a journey of a few weeks leading in, which made that level of accuracy seem even more impressive. We absolutely recommend Lucas and his team.
